Office Butt

So I am making two resolutions today.

1) I will eat fast food a maximum once every two weeks.

2) I will start exercising more....let's start with once a week as I do about 0 times a month right now.

I am trying to avoid this

This is called Office Butt. It's where all you do is eat and snack and sit in your chair all day long.

Since your butt is getting bigger and bigger and has no where to go, it only gets wider and wider. It's a wonky smooshed up wide butt that starts running into your thighs. And it's only when your pants do not fit past your thighs, do you realize it may be time to diet and exercise.

I am not dieting, I am just not trying to consume the McD's, Wendy's and KFC Tacobell that surrounds me on a daily basis.

I am trying to exercise so I don't feel winded after climbing a flight of stairs or feel my gut start to pour over my pants.

I want to feel healthier, I want to be more active. I don't want to be a log on a couch....if there was a real couch to speak of.

Anyways, here's to me trying to commit to something other than TV.

I pledge to eat healthier and exercise during Ramadan. Hoping to have lost some weight by the end of the month!

I tried the exercise once a week thing and...FAIL. But I'm sticking to eating light for work lunches and keep massive gluttony to the weekends. It's easy because after 4 years of the same job, you get sick of all your local options.
